Ayla Residence is a contemporary waterfront residential project located on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Designed as a private coastal retreat, the project explores the relationship between luxury living, landscape, and expansive water views within one of Dubai's most iconic settings. The architectural composition is defined by horizontal massing and deep cantilevered roof planes, creating generous shaded terraces and seamless indoor-outdoor continuity. Large glazed openings frame views toward the sea and skyline, while recessed volumes and overhangs provide climatic comfort and visual balance. A restrained material palette of light stone, warm wood decking, and high-performance glazing reinforces a calm, refined atmosphere. The visualization emphasizes atmosphere and experience, using golden-hour and evening scenes to highlight reflections, lighting, and material warmth.
