Aurum Tower is a contemporary high-rise residential project located in the dense urban fabric of New York City. The tower is defined by a slender, vertically articulated massing, where stacked balconies and recessed glazing create depth and rhythm along the facade. This vertical emphasis enhances the building's elegance while allowing each residence to benefit from panoramic city views and controlled daylight. The stepped articulation softens the tower's scale, creating a more human relationship at street level. Material expression combines warm-toned facade elements with high-performance glass, reflecting both the city's energy and the changing light conditions throughout the day.
