Aurum Tower
Aurum Tower is a contemporary high-rise residential project located in the dense urban fabric of New York City. Conceived as a vertical living environment, the project explores height, light, and proportion while establishing a refined presence within the Manhattan skyline. The tower is defined by a slender, vertically articulated massing, where stacked balconies and recessed glazing create depth and rhythm along the facade. This vertical emphasis enhances the building's elegance while allowing each residence to benefit from panoramic city views and controlled daylight. The stepped articulation softens the tower's scale, creating a more human relationship at street level. Material expression combines warm-toned facade elements with high-performance glass, reflecting both the city's energy and the changing light conditions throughout the day.
Aurum Tower needed a concept-stage visual language that expressed height, proportion, and refined presence within the Manhattan skyline, articulating the stacked balconies and vertical rhythm of the facade.
A black-and-white editorial treatment emphasised form, light, and contrast over colour — framing the tower against the city to convey elegance, energy, and verticality.
The imagery gave the concept a distinct, confident identity suitable for early-stage presentation and positioning.
